Engine turns over great but no spark and no Fuel. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the factory anti theft system. I bought this vehicle used so no key fob and just a plain jane key no chip. Car has sat for quite a while without running, installed a new battery opened the doors and the horn and lights started going crazy. Could it be stuck in theft mode causing no spark no Fuel? Please help

Most alarms I know just prevent the fuel pump or fuel injectors from operating.
Older alarms prevented spark from happening.
If you are in a country other than the USA then your vehicle has anti theft and requires a key with chip
If in the USA then either is possible.

When turning the key to accessory and then start, watch for dash lights
    See what lights up.

No spark and no fuel could be a crankshaft sensor??
But, I would spend a little time talking with the previous owner about the vehicle
Ask about alarm system, key fobs and key with chip.
