Greetings All,

Does anybody know where I can find a reasonable priced replacement
power antenna for my 2002 Sonata? I've priced them from dealers and
they range from around $125 to $170 and I think that's pretty
ridiculous. If anybody has any ideas, I'd sure appreciate it.

Thanks,
rband

I found one on the net that was a fraction of dealer prices. Can't
remember where I got it but a google search would help you. Usually pays
to do that before just asking like you did.

Have you checked the wrecking yards?

Joe

Good idea. Thats were I found my wife.

You never know what you may find at the junk yard. One day I was at
one of the yards where one goes onto the yard, finds and removes the
part themselves and brings it to the cashier.

A very greasy, young guy dressed baggy overalls and a floppy cap
stopped and asked me a question about a part he was looking for.

Aftr a bit of conversation I came to the realization that this was not
a young guy but under those baggy overalls was a young lady. I bet
she would have have cleaned up real well.
