We bought a 2014 Equus Ultimate from Superior Hyundai North of Cincinnati, Ohio. We have two problems, one being that the Equus lowers itself when in park and only rises again when in drive. if you park to close to a buffer it will lower itself over it and when you back up it will pull the bumper off. The second problem is the treatment we received for the General manager Mr. Doug Butt. It took repeated calls and visits before he would even see us and then dismissed us within a few minutes without helping us solve the problem. Has anyone else had this problem. Can you help us with this issue?
