radio question 2002 xg350

What is the best radio replacement (and easy to install too) for my 2002
XG350? Don't need tape player just good am/fm tuner-CD player that will do
regular cds, homemade cdrs and a front usb port for mp3 input. No sirius,
XM or any of that.
 
Do you know how to remove the existing stereo as I have one that I need to replace and from what I have been told be careful of the amplifier and speakers mqy have to be replaced,
