Rear windshield motor replacement

    Hi, Can anyone tell me how to get the transmission and motor out of the rear windshield.

    Cant tell what comes apart!
    I don't mean the back door, I mean the lift back in an elantra Touring 2010.
    I can access it but motor seems shot, can barely move. Thanks!
