i have a 2019 Tucson with only 3k miles.. neither remote will lock or unlock nor will the door manual buttons. The ding ding still sounds when door is open however the key is out of the ignition.. the ONLY way to lick is manually using the key. This is my 3rd Hyundai and have never experienced this.. I’m sure it’s simple but I’m perplexed

It seems like the car thinks the key is still in the ignition.
This will disable the key fobs/ remotes.
    A little WD-40 and a simple screwdriver.
Spray the WD-40 into the cylinder and whack the lock with the back end of the screwdriver
Hopefully this will loosen the switch inside of the lock cylinder which indicates the key is still in the ignition.
Try using the key and tapping it lightly to see if that helps.
