My 2007 Santa Fe has 120,000 miles. I have followed the maintenance schedule per Hyundai but can't find verification that the timing belt was replaced. The belt is inspected with every visit and was marked "checked and OK" at my last inspection. Do I need to go further? Thanks!

Do you know if the timing belt was ever changed (in the entire life of the vehicle?)??

Timing belts and their associated parts should be changed to prevent
the dreaded breaking of the timing belt which could ruin the engine
Also, not every inspection can see everything.

    Good luck
