Santa Fe alarm system

I have a 2001 Santa Fe, and I have recently lost the key fob. The alarm on my car keeps going off, and I am unable to start my vehicle. Is there any way to override the security system so that my car will start and I can go to work?

I don't think it's possible to do it DIY unless you are a qualified car electrician. I'd suggest you to take it to a dealer and see what they suggest.
