Joined up to sell my car. Checked the KKB value of it and the condition and miles. States a $3500-$5500 range. Hence I am going for the median. We all know these little econo-boxes are in high demand right now with gas prices going through the roof. Dealers are tripping over themselves to steal them only to flip on their lot the next day with a $2000 price increase.
This one was bought for my son to get through H.S. and college. Now he completed his Master's degree I bought a newer car for him. (Have to be a good dad while I have the health). this car is a daily user, still has the plate/tag/insurance to fire it up and run down to the beach again.
New tires out back ($300), new wheel hubs/bearings/rotors and pads on both rears, and shocks. everything in back is new.
Paid the local tint shop $200 for the windows. Got over $12,000 invested in it to date. Selling it for $4500.00 USD cash to the first serious buyer who shows up. Car is good shape to drive out of state. Not a beater. You will be pleasantly surprised i spent most of my morning yesterday in 90F heat cleaning out all the beach sand and waxing it.
