Sonata GLS 2013 Main horn not working but uses alarm horn

Hello!!
I have a situation that has me baffled....
Main horn doesn't work but uses the lower sounding alarm horn when pressed... Relay doesn't smell burnt, 15 horn fuse good, no accidents, etc... But then again, I live in NY so bumper hits are a normal everyday thing when parking concerns, also weather it's crazy.....
Do I have a dead horn or is there something I can check before purchasing a new one??? Yes, I'm out of warranty according to Hyundai....
 
Would check to see if dead horn is getting power and ground
If it is then horn is suspect and replacement may be needed?
If there is no power or ground then fix that first?
