Splash screen will not disappear

My 2012 Genesis security screen will not disappear when I tap my dial. This problem started approximately 3 months ago. I called the dealership that sold me the car and the service foreman told me that I needed to pay $6,000 to replace my radio. All of my Bluetooth components work. I cannot get rid of the security screen any ideas?

Don't know. I only own 2001 Elantra.
No fancy electronics.
You could try to take the fuse out and power it down
Put the fuse back in and then check to see if that reset it???
