Sticky gear shifts with manual trans 02 120000 mi

    I have a 04 santa Fe with 125000 mi and I started having sticky gear shift for a day or two and I don't know what to think about it and it's a clutch 2.4 4cyl

    Any one help me manual trans has sticky gear shift so what do I do with this problem
