Hi, so I changed a throttle position sensor in my Hyundai XG350 2005. After doing so my RPMs rev up and down continuously. One suggestion I got was to put my car into drive and it should reset itself. After doing this my car was trying to drive even while holding the brakes all the way down. I put into park now it is stuck in park. My car still revs up and down while in idle. So now I am presented with two problems can anyone help please

What was the reason for changing the TPS???
Would check the brake lever switch. If it is broken then it will not release the gear selector.

Sounds like the rev or idle is too high
Did you buy an OEM part?
