Time for new tires.
The present tires have this number P19560H15,
the lowest price for a set installed is around $350.
What are the options for installing other sizes on these
rims?

What is your goal? Save money? Better snow traction?
In general, the size the manufacturer uses is the best suited for a
particular vehicle.

To save some money, the present tires need to be
replaced, but I aim on trading the car some time soon.

Then go to a salvage yard and pick up 4 decent tires for $25 apiece. Get
them mounted and balanced by a local garage and trade the car in. No point
in putting any more money into a trade than you have to.

A quick search at tires.com shows P195/60/H15 tires starting at $52. A
couple of years ago I got a set of four Sumitomo HTR H4 tires from Sears for
around $60 each (installed). Hope that helps.

Indeed, right now Sears Auto is having a "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" deal on the
Sumitomo HTR H4. They also have an excellent price on a very good, but very
competitively priced tire, the Falken Ziex ZE-912.
