I have a 2010 5 seater 2.2 Premium CRDi. I've been towing a Coachman Amara Caravan, 1490 kgs and 23' 4" long, single axle. It tows like a dream and very happy with it............apart from - I occasionally ground the jockey wheel when going up or down an incline (such as getting on the ferry). The rear of the car sits very low down when hitched up and loaded. I realise this can be counteracted with strategic loading of the caravan but I still feel that the suspension needs beefing up a bit. Has anyone else had this problem or any suggestions as to a cure? Can anything be done with the suspension?
