What is the website for service bulletins?

At one point I had bookmarked this page, but it no longer works.
According to Progressive, there are 7 service bulletins for my 04
Sonata. I'm mainly concerned about this one:

Bulletin Number: 0436015
Bulletin Date: SEP 2004
ECM REPROGRAMMING FOR INTERMITTENT HESITATION. *TT

I thought the site was at http://www.hmaservice.com/ but all the links
from that page lead to a dead end

Anyone know where I can find, and print the info, so I have some ammo
when I make my trip to the Hyundai dealer? The past few times I
mentioned this problem they said they can't duplicate it and there are
no service bulletins concerning it

That's the correct site. You'll need to use internet explorer to view it
correctly. Pop-up blockers have also been known to thwart access to some
links. There should be a link on the left which reads "Service
information." When that is clicked, you should be given the option of
"Web Tech" and "Web Tech Pro." Click on "Web Tech" as you won't have a
login for pro. You should then be taken to the page on which you can
choose your year and model of vehicle and what type of information you
wish to view. If you'd like, you can try to go there directly. Its
address is www.hmaservice.com/webtech/default.asp.

Thanks, hyundaitech. I was using FireFox (been a while since I used
IE) Worked fine once I accessed it through Internet Explorer tho.
Guess I better keep IE handy

If I do that, then once I get to
http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/default.asp, I see a web page with a
horizontal area at the top, an area at the left with a Hyundai logo,
and the main area is titled "Welcome to Webtech", with 3 short
paragraphs and a copyright. It says "From the top of the screen,
please select the publication contents you would like to view.", but
there are no choices for anything on the screen. No publication names,
no vehicle names, nothing.

I am using IE (latest version), XP (all updates), and Symantec
Anti-Virus and Firewall.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

It is worth noting-Netscape will NOT work with these menus (It
gives a message about needing IE)

The site does have everything on a Hyundai car, even without the
"pro" password.
But be prepared to do a lot ot looking to find what you want!!

I get the same thing. Its either the firewall or pop-up blocker causing it.
I have to turn Zone alarm off on mine to get the menu across the top.

Just disable firewall and popups BEFORE you go to the webtech website.. Then
you will be able to access the webtech service manual..Stan

I haven't found it necessary to do either of those things to access Webtech.
