XG350 stereo compatability

    Not that I'm planning on swapping it out on my '02 XG350, but IF my stereo
    should ever need replacing, would the new Infinity on the '04 XG350 be
    compatible? Are there any different/new features with the Infinity?

    Well, the head unit isn't the only change. The speakers have been
    upgraded to Infiniti parts and an external amplifier was also added.
    It's possible that the new unit doesn't have a built-in amplifier and
    you could be shooting yourself in the foot by "upgrading."

    You could try looking for more information about the capabilities of
    the new unit at http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech.
