2004 Sonata--How to change fog lamp?

    Does anyone have any experience changing either of the fog lamps on an
    '03 or '04 Sonata? I'm wondering if it can be done from underneath the
    vehicle without having to remove the headlights or bumper cover as
    suggested on the website for Hyundai technicians. Thanks.

    Pull the bottom portion of the fender liner. That should get you some
    access.
