I have a 2011 Tucson with a key problem. Second time trying to get it fixed or replaced. The key will sometimes not come out of the ignition it is locked in place. The first time it happened in 2020. It was fully replaced by dealership now it happened again. Supposedly the part is on back order now 3 months. I can still drive it but sometimes when I want to turn it off I end up popping the hood to unclip the battery and eventually the key comes out. If I drive it will this affect my steering wheel causing me not to have control in steering.(my hubby thinks it will) This happened to me once with my VW bug back in 1990’s. Or is something else wrong with my ignition? Or is this a security feature happening?
